Imposter Syndrome (or Internalized Self-Doubt) is a term that was first introduced by Stanford psychologist Dr. Pauline Clance and originally described the feelings of inadequacy that people with strong personalities have when they are exposed to situations that they are not familiar with and when they do not feel prepared for them. The person suffering from this syndrome is always afraid of being exposed as an imposter. They believe that they are not good enough to be there or that they do not belong to that group.
The experience of being an impostor may lead to different symptoms such as: feeling like you don’t deserve your job, like you don’t belong at work, like your work is not meaningful, or like you are not worthy of a promotion.
This course will help you overcome imposter syndrome and will teach you how to:
● Recognize imposter syndrome and how it affects your performance
● Identify your imposter triggers
● Deal with your imposter triggers using the cutting-edge Energy Psychology technique "Tapping" (EFT)
● Learn how to deal with your imposter triggers before they affect you negatively
The Imposter Syndrome Course consists of 6 video lessons in 2 Modules, transcripts of the lessons, a workbook and 2 live 30 minute Clarity Calls with Dr. Rossanna.
The course is "Timed" which means that once you start the course, you have 10 days to complete it before it goes away. That's to keep you on track and stop you from procrastinating and losing momentum!
